Initiate Your Request
Log in to your WatchEra account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Timepiece
Carefully place the watch back into its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to qualify for a full refund.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, removing any previous delivery markings.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists inspect the return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
