Vintage Seiko Seagull 5933-5040 JDM Quartz Watch 1983
Seiko is the undisputed king in white dials in my opinion, which started with the Tanaka Grammar of Design.
This Seiko Seagull Reference 5933-5040 doesn't follow that at all with it's unusual case shape but the waffle-patterns white-silver dial and case shape is absolutely gorgeous and especially when it is still in well-preserved condition like this.
The Seagull range was a high-end business range of watches, this was model BZE020 costing 35000 Yen back then.
Watch has received fresh battery and is ultrasonically cleaned.
