It's rare to see an early Vintage Seiko Emblem Watch like this one with reference 4130-9000 with clean white dial and 2 hands.
The Seiko Emblem series was a high-end series of watches from 1974 till 1976. The 4130 and 4120 calibers are great quartz calibers; if working and no replacement parts are necessary. This was reflected in the price back then!
This example still works great, has received a fresh battery. It might be advised to give it a full service when you want to use this daily, but it is currently working fine!
