Sometimes you find an absolute gem of a vintage watch that doesn't seem to be popular or known at all and this is one of them. This Citizen Crystron CQ Datejust watch has everything I love about the 1970s. The mineral crystal is cut like a diamond with facetted sides which gives a very expensive look to it and plays beautifully with the silver sunburst dial. The hour markers are applied and the day is in Kanji/English. The watch resembles closely to the Rolex Datejust with a bi-color fluted gold bezel and jubilee bracelet. The Citizen Quartz Cal. 6110 is running fine and the battery recently replaced. You don't find watches like this anymore, they don't make the diamond-cut crystals anymore. Absolute vintage gem!
